I know what it feels like to struggle.

I've lived it - and I'm here to help you reclaim your health, strength, and hope.

Just like you, I needed a change that was attainable and would last.

Through years of personal struggle, learning, faith, and perseverance, I’ve walked this journey myself—leaning on God every step—and come out with deeper clarity, resilience, and a strong desire to help other women do the same.

Now...

I use both my clinical expertise and lived experience to support women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck.

A question I get asked a lot...What is a nurse coach?

A Nurse Coach is a Registered Nurse who partners with individuals to support whole-person health through education, guidance, and sustainable lifestyle changes—addressing the root causes, not just symptoms.

I’m a registered nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience, but my passion for health and healing began long before my career—it started when I was 18, searching for answers in my own body and mind. Like many women, I’ve lived with depression and anxiety, navigated weight fluctuations, hormonal imbalances, and the constant feeling of being “off” despite doing all the “right” things.

I understand what it feels like to want better health while carrying a full life. I’ve been a single parent, worked full-time (and at one point, three jobs), gone to school full-time, and held a family together through seasons of exhaustion and uncertainty. Today, I’m part of a blended family of seven children—busy, chaotic, deeply loving—and I know firsthand that wellness has to work in real life, not in a perfect one.

Over the years, my clinical knowledge and personal journey have merged into a practical, holistic approach to health—one rooted in small, sustainable habits, nervous system support, and honoring the body’s design. I’m deeply passionate about natural health, getting outside, gardening, and learning self-sufficiency, while also embracing full dependence on my Creator for strength, clarity, and purpose.

I combine clinical expertise with lived experience to support women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck as they reclaim their health, strength, and sense of hope.

I’m married to my husband, a chiropractor, and together we raise our blended family of seven children while working in our wellness clinic. I’m also a full-time DNP student at Fort Hays State University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, gardening, helping others, and caring for our little homestead—one horse, eleven chickens, four cats, and a dog—while remaining a lifelong learner who values continual growth and curiosity.
