I know what it feels like to struggle and feel lost.

I've lived it - and I'm here to help you.

Just like you, I needed something to change - but I didn't know what..

Through years of personal struggle, learning, faith, and perseverance, I’ve walked through the pain, struggle, and confusion—I finally began leaning on God through it all—today I have deeper clarity, resilience, passion, and a strong desire to help other women do the same.

Now...

I use both my clinical expertise and lived experience to support women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck to overcome obstacles that are holding them back.

A question I get asked a lot...What is a nurse coach?

A Nurse Life Coach is a Registered Nurse who helps women restore their health, reclaim their identity, and create lasting transformation from the inside out. By supporting the whole person—not just symptoms—a Nurse Life Coach helps women reconnect with themselves, step into who they are meant to be, and create a more aligned, vibrant, and fulfilling life.

I’m a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience, but my passion for transformation and healing began long before my career. Like many women, I’ve personally navigated anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalances, weight fluctuations, burnout, trauma, loss, and the challenge of trying to care for everyone else while losing myself in the process.

That journey is what led me to this work—not just helping women improve their health, but helping them restore themselves from the inside out and step into a more aligned, vibrant, and fulfilling version of who they are meant to be.

I understand what it feels like to want more for your health while carrying the weight of a full life. I’ve been a single mother, worked multiple jobs, gone to school full-time, and held my family together through seasons of exhaustion, uncertainty, trauma, and survival mode. Today, I’m part of a beautifully busy blended family of seven children, and I know firsthand that true wellness has to work in real life—not a perfect one.

Over the years, my clinical experience and personal journey have come together to shape a deeply holistic approach to transformation—one rooted in sustainable habits, nervous system support, whole-person healing and empowerment, and honoring the body’s design. I’m passionate about helping women restore themselves from the inside out so they can reconnect with who they are, reclaim their health and happiness, and step into a more aligned, vibrant version of themselves.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, gardening, helping others, and caring for our little homestead—one horse, eleven chickens, four cats, and a dog—while remaining a lifelong learner who values continual growth and curiosity.

I’m a registered nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience, but my passion for health and healing began long before my career—it started when I was 18, searching for answers in my own body and mind. Like many women, I’ve lived with depression and anxiety, navigated weight fluctuations, hormonal imbalances, and the constant feeling of being “off” despite doing all the “right” things.

I understand what it feels like to want better health while carrying a full life. I’ve been a single parent, worked full-time (and at one point, three jobs), gone to school full-time, and held a family together through seasons of exhaustion and uncertainty. Today, I’m part of a blended family of seven children—busy, chaotic, deeply loving—and I know firsthand that wellness has to work in real life, not in a perfect one.

Over the years, my clinical knowledge and personal journey have merged into a practical, holistic approach to health—one rooted in small, sustainable habits, nervous system support, and honoring the body’s design. I’m deeply passionate about natural health, getting outside, gardening, and learning self-sufficiency, while also embracing full dependence on my Creator for strength, clarity, and purpose.

I combine clinical expertise with lived experience to support women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck as they reclaim their health, strength, and sense of hope.

I’m married to my husband, a chiropractor, and together we raise our blended family of seven children while working in our wellness clinic. I’m also a full-time DNP student at Fort Hays State University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, gardening, helping others, and caring for our little homestead—one horse, eleven chickens, four cats, and a dog—while remaining a lifelong learner who values continual growth and curiosity.
